About Us

A 'pizza' of our history....

It all began in 2016 with a rusty old horsebox and a love of Pizza. We converted the horsebox into a mobile kitchen and spent 2 years serving handmade pizzas at weddings, private functions and local campsites.

Fast forward to early 2020 and just as we were about to start our third year of trading, the pandemic struck. Forced to sell up, we decided to also sell our house and put all our money and energy into a bricks and mortar establishment, so we could carry on doing what we love!

Now nearly a year later we are FIN ALLY ready to open ! It's been a long, and sometimes challenging road, but we are so excited to get the doors open and serve pizzas in our hometown!

Welcome to Stubby's Pizza!

A family run, wood fired pizzeria on the coast, in Sheringham. Bringing you the classics alongside some unusual flavour combos that will blow your mind! (Yes we put black pudding on pizza, yes, it is delicious!)

We cook our pizzas in a 450 degree pizza oven, fuelled entirely by local, responsibly sourced wood. We make our dough from scratch, in house and hand stretch the dough to order. We source only the best and tastiest ingredients to top our pizzas.

FAQ'S

What size are your pizzas?

Roughly 11 inches. Our dough is made in house and hand stretched to order!

How do I order?

Order in store or online (click yellow button above!) You can pre-order takeaway pizzas online from midnight for the same day! We recommend ordering as early in the day as you can to make sure you secure the time slot you require.

Please note that we do not take orders over the phone

When are you open?

Please check google/social media for our current opening times.

Can I book a table?

BOOKING ADVISABLE!

Give us a call on 01263 826251. Please note this line is for table bookings only, we don't take orders for food over the phone. (Bookings not taken at lunch time, walk ins only)

Are you licenced?

Yes! We have wine, craft beers, beer on tap, cocktail cans and lots more! Available to take away too!

Do you take card payments?

We are a cashless business, therefore we only accept card payments. (It's all going that way anyway!)

We feel this is better for our staff and our customers, as it allows for faster payments and better service. Taking away cashing up and other time consuming tasks associated with cash, allows our staff to spend more time doing what they do best - looking after our customers.

It is much more hygienic to not handle cash in our open kitchen environment.

Being cashless also allows us to avoid unnecessary costs which we can use to order in only the best quality ingredients, something that is really important to us.

Do you have a printed menu?

We change our menu regularly to keep it fresh and exciting for our customers, so we don't print paper copies. (Much better for the planet that way too!)

The menu will be posted on our website and social media pages.

Do you have gluten free pizzas?

At present we are unable to offer a gluten free pizza option. However, we do have starters/sides like chicken wings or hummus that are suitable for coeliacs.

Are you dog friendly?

Well behaved pooches are welcome at Stubby's! Who else is gonna eat those crusts you couldn't quite finish?!

Do you do gift cards? Merchandise?

For sure! Gift cards can be purchased in store and can be redeemed when dining in or ordering takeaway in store. (Cannot be redeemed for online orders)
